This gave me a bit of a start since I have been jacking up my roadster and
V8 under the diff for 10 and 6 years respectively.  Checked Haynes and it
gives 'the axle casing' (and front cross-member) as jacking points to be
used with jacks other than that supplied with the vehicle.
