I was checking out my rear leaf springs and noticed that one leaf apparently
has a "direction". The center pin hole in #5 (numbering from the top #1 is
the long main leaf, #6 is the shortest leaf) is not drilled midway in the
spring. It is drilled such that 8" is on one end of the leaf, while 7" is
on the other end. My left spring and right springs has this leaf installed
differently.
Does anyone out there know whether the 8" length is supposed to be on the
front or the rear end of the spring?
