Jim,  Thanks for the tip.  But, already replaced the points and condenser
with a Crane Optical Ignition System (XR700).  I'm going to check all the
other electrical connections again.  (I redid most of the connections on the
car last year, but may have missed one.)  Any other thoughts?  Nick
