The starter relay is usually high up on the RHS inner wing, near the fuse
block. It has four connections, although one or more may be a double
connector. If you can see markings 'W1, W2, C1 and C2' on the base then so
much the better, otherwise you will have to resort to a test lamp and ground
wire.

W1 takes the white/red (or yellow/pink if equipped with sequential set belt
system) from the ignition switch, W2 takes black (ground), C1 takes brown
(hot) and C2 takes white/brown to the solenoid.

If you can't see those markings then what you are looking for is two
connectors that show continuity with a test-lamp and ground, and two others
that don't appear to be connected to anything. The two that show continuity
are the relay coil (W1 and W2), the other two are the contacts (C1 and C2).
It doesn't matter which way round you wire W1 and W2, nor C1 and C2, but
don't get a C crossed with a W. If you do have a double-connector, make
sure you don't get that confused with W1 and W2 or you will likely burn out
your igntion switch and some wiring. To check, take a *fused* 12v and a
ground and connect them to what you think are W1 and W2, you should hear the
relay click as it operates.
