    Hello list.
    Spoke to a lady at DMV and she said she THINKS the law is a state one. 
    She said this applies to any sort of black out, including fainting, so 
that one can be monitored In case this should happen while one is driving. 
Sounds good to me.
    She read these off the doctors report, so some may be about reporting 
rather than the actual report. All disclaimers apply, I am not a lawyer, 
please thaw before cooking. Hiway mileage is probably less, check local 
listings for theater and showtime. Some settling of contents may have 
occurred during shipping and handling.  blah blah blah.
