Steve,

Sounds like a perforated rubber diaphragm in the Z-S.  Remove the four
screws holding the piston chamber on top, and check out the condition of
the diaphragm.  I have an unbelieveable tale to tell regarding one of these
failures back about 15 years ago.  Car started and ran fine - no missing or
anything like that - but just NO power.  If I'm right about your's, it's
going to get worse.  New diaphragm is about $6.
