its been cold in boston, and now she won't start

greetings all.  after digging out of the ice and snow pile, i went to
start up the B and she wouldn't go.

the engine tried to turn once (pretty pathetic), and then i was gretted
with the repeated chattering of what i believe to be the solenoid.

i tried using the truck to jump the car, even letting the battery charge
for over 20 minutes before trying.  still, no luck.

i would really appreciate any help, and soon, because i recently changed
it over to Mass. plates and it needs to get its picture taken (for
insurance).

help me obi-won, you're my only hope!
