Skye,

The originals were 165R/14.  As yous stated, /80 is a good approximation for
this, (although I think it was actually 78); however, the next step up is 
+10/-5,
or 175/75.  The next step is 185/70.  While there is some debate, I have these
mounted on the stock 4.5" WW and they look just fine.  Others have done the same
with no problems.  There is a website that has the calculator for deciding what
size is equal to what - http://pw1.netcom.com/~sgalaba/tiresize.htm#
