I read the following press release on the Moss Motors UK web site. I think
"In Admin" means chapter 11? Does anyone know if this will affect Moss in
the US or is this old news?

moss UK is at:

Moss International Limited (In Administration)

Moss International, the largest supplier of parts and accessories for
British classic and specialist cars, has gone into administration. Chris
Laughton and Maurice Moses of Levy Gee were appointed Joint Administrators
at the request of the directors.

The Moss International Group, which has an annual turnover of £18 million,
will continue to trade. All six retail outlets in London, Bristol,
Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford and Darlington and the two wholesale
divisions in London and Birkenhead remain open. Manufacturing in Darlington
and Telford is also unaffected.

The administrators and existing management team are working to restructure
and refinance the business by means of a Company Voluntary Arrangement. The
alternative will be to sell the business and assets as a going concern.

Chris Laughton said “Moss is an established brand with a unique market and
skilled workforce and we are receiving a lot of interest from potential
investors and purchasers”.

David Hurst, Managing Director, said “Moss is an outstanding international
business in a niche sector and we are determined to secure its future for
the benefit of our customers, suppliers and staff”.
