The .281 cam lift combined with your 1.6:1 roller rockers will give you a
nice .450 lift for the valves (which means you will need the eyebrows in
the block).

I don't think you will have any problem with the C/R being too high.  Crane
recommends 9.0 to 10.75 for their street cam and 12.0 minimum for their
race cam.  Your valve timing numbers show considerably more open time than
my "high performance" street cam, so I think C/R even higher than 9.0 would
be fine.
