Obviously, he slammed his car so low that it could not corner w/out
rubbing those big ol' tires against the bodywork! Talk about 'all show
and no go'! I see those constantly here in NJ - late-model Japanese
imports with 18- and 19-inch wheels and tires and the 6" diameter
exhaust tips... Could never understand taking a $12,000 Hyundai and
adding $5,000 worth of (too big) wheels, tires, exhaust tips, spoilers,
windshield visors, neon lights under the body, and other such 'go-fast'
items...! Oh well, different strokes etc....
