Well, perhaps my message was too long. I thought for
sure I would get a BTDT or a "stop! wait!" do this.
Nothing, perhaps everybody is out tilting pints for
St. Pat's day.
I'll put this more briefly. My current master
cylinder does not have the pressure failure warning
switch as it should, and I was having brake problems.
Not sure if it has always been like this or not. I
bought a new MC to solve the problem before I realized
the PFWS was missing. Should I replace the MC and
just plug the PFWS hole as one other lister did
(thanks Tom) or should I just plug the hole, bleed the
brakes and see if that fixes it. Or, should I get a
new PFWS, install it and the new MC and try to wire
the PFWS. My guess is that most who have this setup,
the PFWS does not work???
My inclination is to replace the MC as I have
purchased it already. Just looking for some advice on
the next steps to take.
