I suppose a person might have changed it out, but my July '66 (but registered
'67) roadster has a steel bonnet
I will note, however, that my old parts car ('67 GT) had a steel one too - but
it had been replaced (and never painted - ouch!)
So maybe the GT had an aluminum bonnet in 67.

I believe all the MkI Bs, 1962 - 1967. Altho some may have slipped thru
after that as they used up the supply. I defer to the experts.
