Water in my fuel tank...

I was wondering if anyone on the list has any information about running an
internal combustion engine with water.

I have found two schools of thought on this process.  I am interested in
both.  So, I was wondering if anyone had tried to convert an engine to run
on a modified H2/Fuel mixture or pure Hydrogen using water electrolysis.

Any information would be appreciated.
