Today I noticed on my 79B (with O/D) a short squeaking noise when I first downshift. I just downshift at moderate RPMs for each gear, not revving the engine too much, but enough to help in braking. (That is, the noise is not from chirping tires!) Is this noise something I should worry about? ------------ Keith G. |
