Hey, I'm with you guys. I found that I had the  
'footwell ventilation' option in my 76 B this year.
Along with the 'sill air scoop' option - an extremely
rare pairing of options, I understand....! Fixed the
ventilation with the installation of a nice new set of
carpets. Fixed the air scoops in the sills by not
looking underneath the car anymore.
