Sounds about like mine when I bought it.  Mine has Rostyles that I had to 
blast and paint, and it has a Weber DGV.  I had to replace the entire brake 
system.  I paid $1600 for mine.  It sounds like a good deal as is.  Maybe he 
isn't advertising it.  It is better to place ads in the proper places than to 
just sit the car on the street with a sign.
