Ok Charlie open the can of worms...
If you remember on my B I am running the moss coil over unit. It is set to
the lowest height setting and then with the new a-arms it set the geometry
off a little bit.
Ok you got me on the noise. Yes she is still loud but hey what the heck she
is a blast to drive.
You asked about the engine. Well at 800 miles now she is running great. If
you remember I posted a problem with the roller bearing and the catastrophic
failure it had. The bearing parts actually tore into the bell housing and
gouged some aluminum from there. Well I have replaced the clutch and found
that the thrust washers had become loose in the oil pan. After rebuilding
the engine (finished in Feb) I fire up the engine for the first time and
with in 10 minutes the 2-3 rod bearings had spun. I had the crank checked by
another shop here in Austin and they found that the crank actually was bent!
Oh well off to get another one and that came back fine. The engine went
right back together and so far no problems.

School who I have not seen in 13 years.

What's to misalign? The only thing adjustable is the toe-in.
We used to decamber the rear on the swing-axle Corvairs. Hard on
tires. Same thing as decambering the front of the B.
Road noise? How would you tell as loud as you roadster is, er, was.
