Dunno about sealed vs unsealed since you have to separate the components of
the joint to get it in the yokes.

Take the prop-shaft off the car.  Mark the orientation of flanges to shaft,
gearbox and diff to hopefully avoid introducing any balance problems.

Get ones with grease nipple if you can.  While you are replacing the rear
you really aought to replace the front (unless you know it was replaced
recently) because they normally wear more than the rears.  Are you *sure*
you have UJ wear and not just play in the diff?
