That would seem to be a Sunbeam Rapier. Pretty complete... bummer about 
the water heater...

Makes you wonder what the idea was behind this collection? I mean, a few 
seasons of sitting in the weeds like this, open to the elements, and the 
things are worthless to anybody. Not like, say, SoCal, or Arizona, where 
you can just leave 'em out and only lose the rubber and fabric.
