It's simple and easy.  Cut and paste just like you do in a word processor using
the edit menu at the top of your browser.

Or, click on reply to all, click the cursor back into the address line and use
the delete key to delete or highlight the line and use delete in the edit menu.

It saves a lot of extraneous wording, quotes, forwards, and apologies.
