Yes.  You can either replace all the gaskets and tighten everything to the 
correct spec, or clean the engine with a few cans of Gunk and the local 
coin-op car wash and try to locate the worst leak.  Oil pans leak because 
most people tighten the bolts too tight.  This deforms the pan and the gasket 
can't do it's thing.  Use a torque wrench.
