If, as Larry says, you have less that 1/2" travel at the slave piston try
filling the system with the Gunsons connected to the slave nipple and on
very low pressure, watch for the fluid rising in the m/c.  Doing it that way
got me full travel first time with no conventional 'bleeding'.
