The rockers are the major structural unit of the MGB body.  If you are a
body/chassis man with a frame straightening jig, I wouldn't hesitate to take it
on.  Otherwise, I wouldn't even think about it.  Most panels rust from the
inside out, and if the outer rocker is bad, the structure is bad - and there are
several layers to this particular structure.  It can be done, and isn't even all
that expensive to have done by a good shop, but it is almost inevitably easier
and cheaper to look for a different car without the rust.
