No, it's not the same group.  MG Magazine was edited, and during the last two 
years, owned by Greg Perigo.  I just saw an announcement that he had 
transferred his magazine assets to MG World, published out of England, and 
that they would be fulfilling his subscription commitments. So if you had a 
subscription to MG Magazine and had some time left on it when Greg ceased 
publication last fall, you may be getting some issues of MG World to make up 
for it.

Ken Smith had been the editor of Moss Motoring until they decided to hand 
their infomag off to a commercial group last year. Dick Lunney was the 
publisher of the Austin-Healey Club of America's magazine for a few years. I 
don't think they had or have any connection with Perigo or the erstwhile MG 
Magazine.
