Hello Kevin,

Yup, I posted the frieght recommendation.  It was for Forward Air,
http://www.forwardair.com  (but that was for shipping a hardtop actually)

Nonetheless, that MGA gearbox can go UPS... just.  Get a hold of a ton of
corrugated cardboard (like the 2" thick stuff, you'll find it at your local
Andersen Window dealer in their dumpster), or just use layer upon layer of
normal cardboard all around the gearbox and then drop it in an appropriately
sized box.

If you opt for a freight carrier, you'll most likely have to crate it (Skid with
plywood sides, will work).

Make sure to insure it!
