As I had stated earlier, I in no way wanted anyone
to believe I was slamming anyone. I was only looking for
alternatives to my shock problems.

When I first posted, I was not in a position to contact
the company directly (friends computer... no address book)

Well I want everyone to know I've already been contacted
by the source of my shocks via the original contact,
(who by the way is also a member of this list.)

My faith in the professionalism and quality standards to
which Worldwide Auto Parts services our hobby, is at
least in my mind, beyond reproach.

Peter C. has already contacted me and is sending me
another pair of shocks at no cost to me. They are even paying
for the first set to be sent back to them so they can figure out
what went wrong with these particular units.

Peter... Thank you. I've never felt so much loyalty was due
a company before. With vendors like these, I'm sure
you'll agree, these guys deserve our business.
Price, performance, and attitude, these guys win hands down!

Paul,
I would certainly contact seller and explain what happened and that you
have contacted your friends on the WWW and they suggested you go back to the
seller and see what they can do for you. And of course we all want to know
what the results are, because a lot of us are looking for new shocks and a
good place to buy them. I think you'll be seeing a replacement set real
soon, and if not I sure want to know about it.
FYI, I used Apple last year and the 3rd time was a charm. Very poor
quality control in this area as discussed earlier on the list.
I sympathize with you cause we all know this is a hell of job to do
over again.

Good Luck, Mark
