Don,

Look in the yellow pages under Auto Electric, that is your best bet, but to 
be honest the starters for an MGA are very inexpensive already rebuilt from 
one of the LBC suppliers, probably save you money doing it that way over 
having yours rebuilt.

 The starter in my MGA is tired.  Does anyone know of a rebuilder of
 starters?  I live in northern California and would like to find someone that
 rebuilds auto electric components at a reasonable price.
 
 Stuff like this I used to do myself, but I'd rather pay someone else at this
 stage of my life.  Thank you!
