Chris-
The large lip is actually part of the bushing.  I didn't realize this until
my new ones came from Moss.  I initially pressed the rubber part out of the
center, leaving the rest.  After you get them out (I had to hammer, not
press), clean the insides of the bore with steel wool or something to remove
any debris.  I tried to press the new ones in with a socket and my vise, but
they were too tight, so using a hammer and tap was the way to go.  Be
careful not to get them in there crooked or destroy the ends with the tap.
Actually, replacing them was a big hassle and if yours don't look bad I
wouldn't mess with them.
