I am restoring my TR4A & thought perhaps I could take my NOP frame to be
dipped? Any source in approx. New Hampshire, usa (ps frame only has surface
rust, i.e. nothing major). or should I still have a final sandblast before
using the POR 15 treatment. Thanks Dave.
