Being in Pennsylvania, land of State Liquor Stores, our selection of Scotch 
whisky has only recently improved to a point wher you can buy such rarities.  
I remember the old days when your regular Scotch was either Cutty Sark 
(YUCK!) or J&B, and on special occasions you opened the JW Black or Dewars.
