All kidding aside, though, the problem with driving in the winter is not
the cold or the snow. It's the salt they use on the roads up here -
rots those MG floors right out in no time.

Don't worry; it's not a sign of a more serious problem. They're just
stuck. Take your trusty torch to 'em and heat 'em up. They'll come off
real easy then. When you put on the new ones (which you'll need after
burning off the old ones), make sure you use a little anti-sieze to
prevent that from happening in the future.
