Scott,
         According to the Haynes SU book, those carbs are HS2's and are 
intended for a 71-72 Midget 1275. HS2s have a 1-1/4" throttle bore and HS4s 
are 1-1/2". I think you'll be disappointed in their performance on your B 
regardless of how well they're rebuilt;-)
