Jim Jim Jim,

How many times do I have to tell ya, Get rid of the B and go back to a
Midget. The battery is under the bonnet and you don't have these foolish
problems.

Do not use one of those "blue splitter connectors", find the largest gauge
red wire under the bonnet, wire in a relay (don't wanna blow the whole
circuit do ya?" and run it in there. On of the "always hot" wires to the
fuse block should do it.
