  Don't the VB people know? (G)  Naw, they just sell them, huh?  Last
time I tried to find out something from them they said they didn't have
any tech support people.  Grrr.

  That tool might be for positioning the seals & screw holes.  I used a
putty knife for that and a small Philips screwdriver for aligning the
screw holes.
