contact page From there you can link with the neccessary governmental agency 
that archives the past, present, and new vehicle registration>
www.dmv.ca.gov/contacts/contacts.htm< (don't underline the url) I deleted the 
protocol:> http://<since it doesn't appear to need it, as it's automatically 
added on (my computer adds it on, anyway!) also, try to use:>www.dmv.ca.gov< 
It's the State Department of Motor Vehicles homepage. I didn't see any e-mail
