Hey, it looks like a small tarp with 4 gromlets for attaching "bungi" cords
or such. Try any Auto parts or Hardware store, heh? Probably pretty
inexpensive,too!
Heck, I just use a piece of Heavy gauge Plastic for a Quick fix in the rain!
