Lack of message traffic...

Have noted a distinct lack of traffic from the MGS server, starting last
night (3 August) around 9:30 PM EDT and lasting until just about now,
approximately 9:00 AM EDT.  Have others on the list experienced the same
thing, or should I suspect problems with my ISP?
