I have the early head with the long reach plugs and was wondering what the
recommendations are for spark plugs. I thought I had a new set of plugs for
the car but when I opened them they were the 1/2" reach. Don't know where
these came from.
I'm getting ready to finally start the engine after being rebuilt. I turned
it over with the plugs out to see if it is pumping oil. I had over 50psi
just turning it over so everything looks good. I was worried about getting
the oil pump primed correctly, guess I did alright.
