| If this Bill becomes law, wouldn't it have the effect of lessening the value of a "California Black Plate" car. My 68 BGT was a Calif. black plate, and I probably paid a few extra bucks for that (I still have the plate). Would you have to question if it was a true CA black plate, or a Northeastern rust bucket transported there recently to take advantage of this law? Discussion please.....
