seeking William Moore

Only LBC content here is that Bill Moore is a member of Brits on the 
Hudson. But Bill is also a Battalion Chief with FDNY in Manhatten. I have 
been trying to contact Jon Rubel but "all circuits are busy"
  Today Judy and I are heading to Rye NH for the annual Lion's Club Car 
Show. Not a brit only show but they have a nice Foreign contingent. Rt 1A 
along the shore is so beautiful down there also.
