I think when a company goes beyond the normal customer service it deserves
notice.
I am building a Rover V8 engined MGB GT
I had a need for a short curved water hose to join my Rover V8 water pump
to the radiator. Much searching got nothing - except for wildly expensive
flexible tube and fittings. I tried Goodyear and the factory just north of
me actually made me one to fit and sent it - no charge. It fitted but with
a small crimp so they sent me two more but slightly different! All for no
charge and all done in a couple of days !!
So I say Goodyear, Good on you Goodyeeeeaaaarrrr!!!
