Is BMW trying to stifle free trade?

Peter,
I respect your viewpoint. But, I'm sure that you, yourself must agree that 
BMW is being way to "Gangsta" about this whole issue of use of the Mini name. 
I mean here they are a multi Billion dollar or Duetschmark (sic?) concern 
trying to muscle over some little guys..Just remember..Nobody likes a 
bully..not here in the USA, anyway! USA ...... USA.....USA.....Cheers!
