I have what I believe are original hard and rubber lines. There is an alum
band around the hose portion that has the date 8.61 on it which corresponds
with the date of mfg in 9/61.
Anyway, the question is the size of the compression nuts that affix the
hard lines to the oil cooler. A 1 1/16 is too small and a 1 1/8 too large.
Don't know of a 1 3/32 spanner, but is there a Whit or a BS of a size close
to that? I don't think it could be metric, but I don't have a 27 - 29mm to
check.
