Mike,
As the old saying goes, "Consider the source and ignore it.". Easier said than
done, I know, but you're considered a valuable member of the group. The person
who should feel "belittled" and "demeaned" is this person who is making these
offensive comments.
They are the person who should be departing, not you.
I know you are a better person than to make public this person's identity but
sometimes offensive behavior needs dealt with and if the rest of the list knew
who this person is we could just hit the delete key when one of their e-mails
appears. They may be a knowledgeable person but they aren't any smarter than
anyone else on the list.
Don't give up, Mike! You may own a Little British Car but you are Big when it
comes to character. It's members like you that make the list worthwhile.
