Well,  as much as I hate it my meter is nonfunctional.  I borrowed a dwell
meter from Larry Hoy and set my dwell,  boy did it make a difference.  Now
that that is solved I am left with a much smaller stumble in light
acceleration.  I think it may be a mixture thing (4-bbl Carter) so I'll test
that theory tomorrow.
