Interior Door Panels

Hello list. I asked this question a week or so ago and received no
replies. so her goes again.

Will interior door panels from similar year models fit both roadsters and
GTs? The panel kits are listed separately in the catalogs, but I suspect
that may have to do with other interior panels unrelated to the doors.
