I have to agree with Bill, since I see many cars for sale like -

"196X MGB, fully restored from the ground up, $18,000 invested, $11,000 or
best offer firm!"

This said as I embark on my '65 B restoration which will undoubtedly cost
me more than the car may eventually be worth, but of course, I'm not doing
it to make money!

BTW, Skye Poier is my hero.....!
