My 73 B has a Koni conversion kit front and rear.  The stock lever
shocks were bad to begin with so I don't really have a reference point
to offer a fair comparison to a stock setup.  I can say that there is a
noticeable difference with the Konis compared to what I had (no surprise
here).  Some photos of the kit as received and once installed:
