Unless you are trying to prevent water ingress from the trim side as well a
plastic sheet between the trip panel and the door with the speaker mounted
on top of it and the wires coming in from the bottom should stop water
coming in from the back.  There should be a plastic sheet there anyway to
protect the ytrim panel from water damage, although you will probably need a
bigger sheet to accomodate the 'bulge' of the speaker magnet.
